12 Aug 1st Annual Primal Diet™ Conference Success!
Wow!! What an Vonderful event. Our 1st Annual Primal Diet™ Conference was a home run. 4-days of food, fun, stories, rain, and a deep dive into the Primal Diet™ and the Primal Planitz™ lifestyle.
The organizers showed up on Tuesday and Wednesday to our magical farm setting to bring and prepare food and set up for the event.
The participants arrived Wednesday night for a smashing seafood supper of oysters, salmon, and anchovies. Thursday we kicked it off by meeting the Primal Diet™ Coaches – Jeff, Betsy, Phoenix, Sam, Avyanna, Chris, and Otis. Phoenix led the lamb butchering.
